Eco-terrorist SeedBomb

Some researchers are designing a bomb that will cure earth misery. The so-called SeedBomb will be the weapon of choice for eco-terrorists who planned to let the bomb disassembles itself mid-air and dispersed its smaller seed canisters over a large area. Imagine the impact of the SeedBomb on large ground. First they need to create the SeedBomb economically and rebrands it to a more eco-friendly name.

A non-military "bomb", the Seedbomb are intended for combating both deforestation and desertification. The seeds are housed inside capsules made of artificial soil: they provide nourishment and moisture to the seed. As the sapling matures, the capsule degrades leaving only the new plant.

The bombing run project should start in Dubai to turn the barren land into a tropical paradise instead of Dubai big-brass using their oil-money to build concrete jungles. So rather than Dubai wasting billion of dollars on planting fanciful buildings in the middle of nowhere, they should sponsored the SeedBomb project to transplant trees in their desert.
