How to write a Letter to your Boss for salary increase

Nice post. However I am in the other seat. I have employees that are asking for raises but we are a little tight on cash. I am trying to save them, but it is going to be difficult. If you ever have a post like this I would like to read it. I am hoping that I can keep them that long. :-)
