Alpha Inventions will not bring flood of traffic to your site
This is a follow up post on Alpha Inventions traffic tricks
After some experimentation, I can conclude that Alpha Inventions will not bring flood of traffic to your site. You may get some hits but if there are too many people trying to bump out each other, then you will run out of luck.
The problem with Alpha Inventions system is in its traffic distributing logic whereby there could be too many people sending their URLs resulting in those URL getting bump off in a fast succession. In the end, no one get the airtime. No airtime, no hits.

Well, AlphaInventions is like a traffic charity and as with anything free, you can't expect much. So, I suggest that you concentrate in authoring a quality post to attract real readers via search engine. I think I have bumped the most blog posts as I am a poet and photo blogger, but if you have an interesting topic people will bookmark and read you..
I have also noticed that if I enter my flickr url it does not get that many hits as compared to Word Press.
I dont use Blogspot .

It seems to me that Alpha Inventions more that doubles my daily hits. I do know what you mean about getting booted off. Very depressing. But that is how I found your blog so is it really all that bad...?...

I am by nature very sceptical but I have to say that I have already had 800 hits from alphainventions today so something appears to be registering.... I just don't know if it is human activity.

I don't know that I ever would have read this post if I did not just see you on alphinventions. Having said that, I agree with your comment about writing posts that are worth reading. You got my attention and you got me thinking. Thanks. Happy New Year.

@ conisong & True Conservative, initially traffic from AI trickled a little but overtime it has improved. Bounce rate however is still quite high.

And since alpha inventions shows posts that link to it, your post showed up there (which is how I found it). To some degree, I agree that you should be doing something real to gain readership (i.e. write a good post or two), but you can utilize alpha inventions to let more people see that new post, which can help as well.
just as seeing the few words in rss feeds from my site has made me pay better attention to openings which grab readers, viewing my blog on alpha has made me more considerate of how it looks to a casual scroll by user
if i have a post which i think would interest a broader audience, or which has an engaging photo up top, i will add it to alpha inventions and watch my page views go up.
if the post is of broad interest, this translates to readers, even commenters
It's all good to me...recieved over 200 extra hits in a few hours...the concept needs a little more work, as the site gets busier ironically the less traffic people will see.
