There is no single best way to get traffic. Any advice given to you is dependent upon what you have already done to get traffic. In blogging world, content is king, hence, it's the draw to your site. Any other kind of draw like contests, etc. is artificial and may even deter visitors from coming again. There are no shortcuts to increasing organic traffic, which is the only traffic that has any lasting value. Increasing traffic is the natural consequence of relationship building.

You Don't Build Traffic Overnight
